Free Breast Cancer Screenings for Uninsured, Eligible Individuals
Nyack, N.Y. April 10, 2024 – The Breast Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital will offer free breast exams and screening mammography for individuals age 40 and over in Rockland County who are uninsured and meet eligibility requirements on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 8:00 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m.
Nyack, N.Y. September 27, 2023 – On Friday, October 20, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., The Breast Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital will offer free breast exams and mammography for uninsured women, ages 40 and over, who meet eligibility requirements* and reside in any of the following greater Hudson Valley Counties: Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam or Westchester.
LGBTQ+ individuals seeking preventative care are welcome at an inclusive cancer screening event.
Nyack, N.Y. March 8, 2024 – The best defense against breast cancer is early detection. The earlier breast cancer is found, the easier it is to treat. Members of the LGBTQ+ community often delay seeking preventive care. On Friday, April 5, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., The Breast Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital will offer screening mammograms for LGBTQ+ individuals.
