Collaboratively implements and facilitates patient care plans from pre-hospital to post-discharge while managing an assigned unit case load. Responsible for the assessment, planning and monitoring options and services to effectively provide an individualized plan for the patient across the continuum of care. Using independent judgment and discretion, the continuum must be reassessed as an ongoing process for the individual being served by the RN Care Manager and Social Worker Care Manager.
Performs and coordinates clerical function within the MRI department.

The Support Services Supervisor works closely with Management to support the daily operations of the Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Linen Services, and Patient Transportation departments to ensure optimal operation of support services, including the cleaning & disinfection of the environment of care, food and nutrition patient services, culinary and retail operations, patient transport, linen distribution, waste management and pest control.

The Assistant Director, who reports directly to the Administrative Perioperative Director is responsible and accountable for the clinical and management functions of the Ambulatory Surgical Center. To perform clerical and secretarial duties within the perioperative services department, including gathering procedure clearances for medical records, scanning records, and supporting PAT (pre-admission testing) department with documents related to the procedures. Collaborates with department personnel to facilitate a teamwork environment.
