Full-Time Day 6:00am - 2:30am
Full-Time Day 7:30am - 4:00pm
Collaboratively implements and facilitates patient care plans from pre-hospital to post-discharge while managing an assigned unit case load. Responsible for the assessment, planning and monitoring options and services to effectively provide an individualized plan for the patient across the continuum of care. Using independent judgment and discretion, the continuum must be reassessed as an ongoing process for the individual being served by the RN Care Manager and Social Worker Care Manager.

The Assistant Director, who reports directly to the Administrative Perioperative Director is responsible and accountable for the clinical and management functions of the Ambulatory Surgical Center. The Assistant Director evaluates the performance and effectiveness of staff with establishing an environment where both staff and patients are able to reach their full potential.

Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of clinical specimens including blood, urine, body fluids, CSF, stool and others. Performs testing on proficiency samples, quality control, standards, and calibrators. Able to perform manual methods, including kits and able to run all lab instrumentation. Troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance on instruments and takes corrective actions when necessary. Reports tests results to patient unit and clinicians.
