Alzheimer’s Community Forum

Join us for an in-person community forum on Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory loss at the Haverstraw Center (50 West Broad Street in Haverstraw). Presented in partnership with Rockland County Office of Aging, Meals on Wheels, Montefiore Nyack Hospital and Nathan Kline Institute, participants are invited to share their thoughts about how we can people affected by Alzheimer’s disease in our local community.
