Screening Eligibility:
- Age 45 or older
- Uninsured or underinsured
- Resident of Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster Counties in NY
If the screening test finds something abnormal, diagnostic services are available through the CSP for eligible people at no cost. The CSP will also provide a case manager who will guide you through your follow-up diagnostic appointment.
