Perinatal Support Resources
We encourage you to breastfeed your baby — and will support you every step of the way! Breastmilk provides the ideal nutrition for your baby’s growing body and brain. Breastfeeding can improve your health as well, reducing your risk of diabetes, heart disease, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
Although breastfeeding is natural, it may take a little time and patience to get the hang of it. Educating yourself before your baby arrives will help you understand how to latch your baby and establish a good milk supply. Nursing your baby early and often, and only supplementing with formula when medically needed, is the best way to make sure your baby gets enough milk at the breast.

New Moms Circle Support Group
A bi-weekly parent support group welcoming all who are expecting, have babies, toddlers and/or pre-K children. Connect with others in the community for special activities and open-circle discussions. Depending on the topic, partners and other caregivers are welcome too.
Newborn Channel
We want you to have the information you need to care for yourself and your baby during your stay with us and once you are back home. Our newborn channel provides easy-to-understand programming on a variety of topics including newborn care, breastfeeding, baby development, shaken baby syndrome, circumcisions, immunizations, pregnancy, postpartum care and more.
