The Full Transparency Badge is awarded to hospitals that complete, affirm, and submit all sections of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, one of the nation's leading voluntary reporting programs focused on patient safety, quality, and transparency.

In addition, the hospital earned accolades from US News & World Report as one of the best Home Care Agencies in 2026; and most recently, The American Heart Association presented the hospital with a Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Gold Plus award for demonstrating its commitment to delivering evidence-based, life-saving stroke care. Castle Connolly also named Montefiore Nyack Hospital as a leader in patient care, earning a spot on the organization’s Top Hospitals list for a New York State Procedure Award for General Surgery.
